Return Policy

NO REFUNDS – EXCHANGE ONLY

At Tuxedo Dat, we take pride in providing quality formalwear and ensuring every customer has the opportunity to review, try on, and approve their attire before their event. Therefore, all sales and rentals are subject to the following policy:

• All custom garments, special orders, and personalized items are final sale. 
• No refunds will be issued for custom or special-order merchandise. 
• Exchanges or alterations may be considered at management's discretion. 

• All rental deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Deposits reserve inventory, processing, fitting appointments, and event dates. 
• No refunds will be issued on rental orders once measurements, fittings, or processing have begun. 

• Customers are provided the opportunity to attend fittings and try-on appointments prior to their event. 
• By accepting, approving, taking possession of, or wearing any garment, the customer acknowledges that the item has been reviewed and accepted. 
• Any concerns regarding fit, style, color, or appearance must be brought to management's attention during the fitting process. 
• Once a garment is approved and accepted by the customer, it is no longer eligible for a refund. 

• Exchanges may be considered only with management approval and subject to inventory availability. 
• Exchange requests must be made before the event date and within the time frame specified by management. 
• Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition to qualify for an exchange. 

• By signing any Tuxedo Dat contract, invoice, rental agreement, fitting form, or by submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Tuxedo Dat policies. 
• The customer's signature and/or payment serves as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

• Rental items not returned by the agreed-upon return date are subject to late fees. 
• Customers are responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively soiled rental merchandise. 

Tuxedo Dat maintains a strict NO REFUND policy. Exchanges may be offered only upon management approval. Customer participation in fittings, try-ons, acceptance of garments, signed contracts, and payment of invoices constitute full agreement to these terms.
