Welcome to Tuxedo Dat. By using our website or placing an online order, you agree to the following terms.
Online Purchases
Our online store offers merchandise for purchase. Rentals, custom orders, alterations, and in-store services are subject to their separate agreements.
Product Information & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Inventory may change, and placing an order does not guarantee availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with available options. If we cannot fulfill your order and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the unfulfilled item and any applicable charges.
Pricing & Payment
Payment is required at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed before you complete your purchase. Prices and promotions may change without notice; changes do not apply retroactively to accepted orders.
If a pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected order or cancel the affected item for a refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Contact orders@tuxedodat.com immediately if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible once processing or shipping begins.
Sizing & Fit
Review product sizing information before ordering. Fit can vary by brand and style, and alterations may be necessary. Alteration services are not included unless expressly stated. Eligible sizing exchanges follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be emailed promptly to orders@tuxedodat.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once fulfillment begins. Orders that have shipped must follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
Shipping & Event Deadlines
Processing and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service.
Customers purchasing for a wedding, prom, or other event should allow time for processing, delivery, a try-on, and any alterations.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy, including its authorization requirements, deadlines, fees, and item-condition standards.
Online returns are not accepted at our storefront. Contact orders@tuxedodat.com for authorization and the correct return address.
Fulfillment Partners
Some products ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Tuxedo Dat remains your contact for assistance with your online purchase.
Promotions & Gift Cards
Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and expiration dates. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Gift cards are redeemable according to their stated terms and applicable law.

You may not use this website for fraudulent or unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
